TECHNICALLY NECESSARY COOKIES

SERVER LOG FILES

With these cookies we can track how you use our website and what you click on, so we can improve our website and advertising. The collected data is anonymized, i.e. no personal data is collected, this data is sent to Google LLC in the USA.
Also part of our Google Tag Manager integration is Leadinfo. Leadinfo places two first party cookies which exclusively provide pressrelations insights into the behavior on the website. These cookies will not be shared with other parties.
Hotjar
With these cookies, we can track which areas of our website you view and find interesting. No personal data is collected, but it enables us to improve our website. The collected data will be sent to Hotjar Ltd. based in Malta.
Facebook Pixel
We use a Facebook pixel to improve our postings and applications on Facebook - the pixel collects anonymous information about page views, requests and newsletter subscriptions. No personal data such as Facebook profile, e-mail addresses or names are transmitted to pressrelations. It finds a data transfer to Facebook Inc. (USA).
LinkedIn Pixel
We use a so-called LinkedIn Insight tag on our website to collect anonymous data on page views, enquiries and newsletter subscriptions. No personal data, e.g. LinkedIn profile, e-mail addresses or names are transmitted to pressrelations. Data is transferred to LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.
Twitter Pixel
We use a so-called universal Twitter tag on our website to collect anonymous data about page views, requests and newsletter subscriptions. No personal data such as Twitter profile, e-mail addresses or names are transmitted to pressrelations. Data is transferred to Twitter Inc.

Themax Terms of Use

Supplementary Terms of Use for Themax

1 Scope

  1. These Terms of Use apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) of pressrelations GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “pressrelations”) and govern the use of the product Themax (hereinafter referred to as “Themax”).
  2. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms of Use and the GTC, the provisions of these Supplementary Terms of Use shall take precedence.

2 Subject Matter

  1. Themax is an analysis and PR management platform developed by pressrelations that enables the User to monitor relevant topics in the media landscape, conduct independent research, and integrate these insights into corporate public relations activities.
  2. As part of the Themax services offered by pressrelations, the User is provided with topic overviews, editorial information, publication schedules, as well as planning and calendar functions to strategically plan and optimize public relations activities.
  3. Themax is intended exclusively for legal entities and their employees.

3 User Rights

  1. The User is granted a simple, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the service for the duration of the contractually agreed term.
  2. Themax is available without restriction to all employees of the company.
  3. This right of use applies exclusively for internal use within the company.
  4. The User agrees to use Themax exclusively within the framework of the contractually agreed purposes and in compliance with applicable legal regulations, including data protection laws and intellectual property rights.
  5. The disclosure, reproduction, distribution, or publication of the content of the product, in whole or in part, to third parties in any form is prohibited.

4 Contract Term and Termination

  1. The agreement for the use of the service is concluded for a minimum term of 12 months.
  2. Ordinary termination before the expiration of this minimum term is excluded.
  3. After the expiration of the minimum term, the agreement is automatically extended by an additional 12 months unless it is terminated in writing at least 30 days before the end of the respective contractual period.
  4. Termination must be made in writing.

5 Right of Withdrawal

  1. The withdrawal period for the service agreement is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the agreement.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration by email to themax@pressrelations.com is sufficient.

6 Amendments to the Terms of Use

  1. Amendments to these Themax Terms of Use shall be made in accordance with the GTC of pressrelations.
  2. These Terms of Use are available in German and English. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the versions, the German version shall prevail.
